Repair costs don't tally with those logged
The repair costs when applied to your balance do not tally with those logged and used by third party apps that read the journal logs.

Steps to Reproduce
Go to a CZ and sustain damage to your ship. Return to any station and perform repairs, noting the cost of those repairs as shown in the UI. Check the Journal logs and see that some of the logged repair costs differ wildly from the value stated by the game.
